Its seven years in prison for a man who fired the shot that critically wounded a 13 year old Sparks boy. Jimmy Lopez -Valadez will serve time for firing into a structure from his car. The boy was in his room playing video games last September 20th when the round came through a window and struck him in the head. Police say Secret Witness tips led them to Lopez-Valadez.
