Dr. Robert Rand, a Reno physician, is among nine people, including several employees of the Jones West Ford dealership, accused of running in an illegal prescription drug “pill mill” distributing business. A statement from the FBI and U.S. attorney’s office in Nevada said Dr. Robert Rand was arrested today in San Francisco. The statement says the investigation targeted the distribution of prescription opioid medications including oxycodone.
