Tonight, City Officials will join Reno Police and Law Enforcement agencies from Northern Nevada, and surviving family members of officers killed in the line of duty as they gather under the Reno Arch, to turn it blue in recognition of National Law Enforcement Memorial Month. The event is free and open to all surviving family members of fallen officers, and members of the community. This marks the sixth year that the City of Reno and the Reno Police Department have turned the Reno Arch blue with the continued support from local Reno businessman Eddie Lorton. The Reno Arch will remain blue through the month of May.
