Reno Police have arrested a man following a domestic dispute and a brief standoff in Stead Sunday evening. Police were called to a residence on Mount Lassen Street in Stead shortly before 6:00. They were told that a domestic dispute between a man and woman who lived there had become heated. The woman and some children left the home shortly after officers arrived, however the man stayed inside. There was some concern that he was armed, but about an hour later he surrendered to police without any further incident.
