One thing members of the Reno City Council seem to agree on, is the performance of City Manager Andrew Clinger. They like it. The council unanimously accepted a report from Clinger on city staff accomplishments over the past year, and went over some goals. The council also unanimously approved an employment agreement for Mr. Clinger to continue to function as City Manager. That includes a three percent pay hike.
