Nevada Supreme Court Justice Nancy Saitta is announcing plans to retire next month. The Justice has served on the state’s highest court for ten years. Her latest six year term expires in 2019, so a replacement will be named by the Governor to fill out the un-expired part of her term. Governor Brian Sandoval says, the contributions to jurisprudence and justice she has, will have a meaningful and lasting influence on our state. The Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection will consider applicants, and make recommendations to the Governor.
