Wendy’s Hack Affects Nevada Customers

Wendy’s says hackers were able to steal customer’s credit and debit card information at 1,025 of its U.S. restaurants, and 3 of them are in northern Nevada. The hamburger chain says hackers were able to access card numbers, names, expiration dates and codes on the cards. Some customer’s cards were used to make fraudulent purchases at other stores. The company is offering one-year of free credit monitoring to people who paid with a card at any the restaurants. The Sparks restaurant is located at 440 North McCarran Blvd., while the Reno locations are at 2889 Northtowne Lane and 1000 North Hills Blvd. in Golden Valley.
