A singing coach from Sparks, who teaches in Reno, has been arrested for open and gross lewdness after one of his students, a 16 year old girl, went into the Reno Police Department last May following her lesson to report that the teacher had touched her inappropriately. RPD spent the last few month investigating the claims, and took 69 year old William Weiser into custody Monday.  RPD says this isn’t the first time Weiser’s been in trouble like this.
