Safari Club International Comes Back to Reno

The Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority has announced that Safari Club International is bringing its annual convention back to Reno in 2019. They stopping coming to the Biggest Little City a few years ago, because there weren’t enough flights to get the estimated 20,000 attendees here. Reno Tahoe International has added 10 new flights in the last 13 months, which helped to bring the largest convention in Reno back after 3 years in Las Vegas. The annual economic impact is anticipated at roughly $20 million for the Reno area.
