The Reno City council has agreed to a new independent investigation into sexual harassment claims against City Manager Andrew Clinger.  It’s expected to take three or four weeks, and could cost up to 50 thousand dollars. Mayor Hillary Schieve would monitor the probe, and she says the goal is being open with the public.  Councilmember Jenny Brekhus wants Clinger on administrative leave, and told the Mayor she’ll push that issue.
