A man who tried to escape a traffic stop has been arrested by Sparks police. They tried to stop Benjamin Hinote’s stolen Hyundai, because it had no license plate, near Victorian and 22nd. He tried to drive away but crashed through a fence into two homes off Maxine Ciurcle. Then he ran for it. The original officer who initiated the pursuit observed another vehicle that appeared to be associated with the suspect, a silver 2007 Toyota Camry. The vehicle was being driven by Boris Sharoyan. Boris Sharoyan briefly stopped, then a passenger fled from the vehicle running north bound across Oddie. That was Hinote.  Sharoyan was also arrested.
