Las Vegas is rolling out the welcome mat for the Oakland Raiders. Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval signed a bill that clears the way for a new stadium that could be home to the Raiders and UNLV football team. NFL owners are expected to discuss the move during meetings this week in Texas.A vote could come as soon as January. Three-quarters of the 32 owners must approve the relocation. The bill will give the team $750 million to help fund a $1.9 billion domed stadium. Oakland city officials, meanwhile, are reportedly working on a solution to keep the team there.
