The Sparks Police Department has released a photograph of a man they said used pepper spray on store employees after stealing items from a Kmart store Wednesday. Police say around 6:45, the suspect walked into the Kmart on Oddie Boulevard, grabbed several items, and attempted to leave without paying. When store security stopped him, he used the pepper spray and fled.
