A man has been arrested after police say he drove his car through an apartment building on Nichols Boulevard in Sparks. Police say 30-year-old Chad Fowers had gotten into an argument with his girlfriend in the parking lot, then reversed over the curb into the side of the building inside the Green Leaf Apartment complex. The car crashed through the bedroom into the living room. One victim was with his one-year-old child on a mattress in the bedroom when the vehicle entered the apartment. Both victims were taken to Renown where they were treated for minor injuries. The crash also caused a gas line to break, prompting evacuations throughout the apartment complex.
