The suspect who fled the scene of an officer involved shooting that sent a Reno cop to the hospital, and another suspect to the morgue, has been caught in Plumas County. 17 year old Erick Bernal was arrested just before 5am Wednesday, and was taken into custody at a traffic stop in Portola, Ca. without incident. His return to face justice in Nevada is pending.
