Washoe Home Price Rise, Seller’s Market

The Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors February 2017 report on existing home sales in Washoe County, shows a slight increase in sales and listed the median sales price at $320,000; an increase of 10 percent from February 2016 and a 6 percent increase from January 2017.  The median sales price of existing condominiums in Washoe County in February  was $157,250; a 9 percent increase from a year ago.  Reno’s median price in February hit  $332,750;  Sparks  median sales price was $301,500; a 12 percent increase from last year. Association President John Graham says the Reno market remains a seller’s market, with just four months supply of inventory.
