The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says a Fresno man died in a fall from the parking structure at Harveys Casino in Stateline at Lake Tahoe. Deputies were notified of a man with a traumatic injury next to the parking structure along Highway 50 at 3AM Sunday.  It appears 29-year-old David Garcia fell from the upper levels of the parking garage. Witnesses told deputies Garcia had been drinking alcohol and had left a casino on foot at 2:20AM. Investigators say the fall appears to have been accidental.
