The raids on apartment buildings in Northern Nevada, were part of a multi agency attack, involving federal, state and local officials,  on heavily armed criminal gangs, based in Stockton California, with connections in Reno.  A handful of suspects were busted in Sparks. The effort was about stopping gun and drug trafficking and drive by shootings. Several suspects were arrested in Sparks, and multiple suspects have been detained in Stockton.
