Bestiality isn’t a crime on the books in Nevada, yet. Nevada is one of eight states that doesn’t specifically outlaw it. Assembly Bill 391 would make it a misdemeanor to have relations with non human animals. Escalating penalties would apply if an animal is hurt or killed and whether the person involved has a record of animal cruelty.
