(KOH) – A man arrested In October of 2016 and charged with numerous counts of sexual assault has been charged with 30 additional felonies.  47-year-old Richard Kisner of Reno was charged after luring four girls between ages 11-16 to a downtown Reno hotel room. The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force found child pornography on his computer and detectives learned he committed sex acts with the girls.  Kisner has now been charged with 47 crimes, including numerous sexual assault and lewdness charges against minors.
