(KOH) – Lyon County sheriff’s deputies unsuccessfully tried to get a man to come out of his Dayton home for hours last night, but were able to arrest him without incident about 6:30am this morning.  Residents reported that Ryan Cunningham, who was heavily intoxicated, threatened to kill himself and others in the 100 block of Fireman Row.  Deputies surrounded the residence, but backed off and Cunningham finally gave himself up and came out of his house unarmed, not knowing what what was going on.  He was booked for assault with a deadly weapon with a domestic enhancement..
