A man arrested by Sparks police is accused of sexual assault. Police say the alleged assault happened at 4:33 a.m. Monday near the 300 block of Howard Drive, at the Sparks Marina. Officers and detectives investigated the case and identified the suspect as 62-year old Robert Cofield of Washoe County. Cofield was charged with one count of sexual assault and booked into the Washoe County Jail. The investigation is continuing.
