The National Weather Service Reno says put off that target shooting trip for a couple of days, because high winds have caused them to issue a red flag warning.  Ways to prevent starting a wildfire include using a spark arrestor on your power equipment, never use exploding targets, and always have a shovel and water with you when recreating in the back country, in case a fire does start.
