Governor Brian Sandoval has signed a trio of Marijuana bills. One reduces the cost for a medical marijuana card down to as low as 50 dollars.  Another requires “Edibles” to be sold in opaque child proof packaging,  the third adds a ten percent excise tax on recreational sales and a 15% wholesale tax on both medical and recreational wholesalers. TheNevada Governor vetoed a bill that would have allowed those previously convicted of marijuana related crimes to have their criminal records cleared.
