The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office says no suspect was found when swat team members entered a home during an hours-long standoff this morning. Bob Harmon with the WCSO says detectives had reason to believe an outstanding felony suspect was in the neighborhood of Bulluno and Cervino Drives in south Reno. Due to the suspect’s background, detectives wanted to take a more tactical approach in contacting the suspect, calling in the SWAT team.   It’s unknown at the this point if the suspect is connected to any recent crimes in the area. The neighborhood was cleared around 1:30am.
