It could mean another ten years added to a 30 month prison sentence, after a Reno woman failed to surrender to the bureau of prisons in California to begin her federal prison term. 51 year old Jannifer Ree Campbell is now facing a charge “failure to surrender.” Campbell was convicted of bank embezzlement and tax evasion.
