The RTC has started work on Sparks Boulevard. The project includes pavement patching, sealing and striping work between Interstate 80 and Pyramid Highway. To minimize traffic impacts, patching will be done at night between 7 pm and 6 am. Most of the rest of the work will be in the daytime, 7 am to 7 pm, but work in the southbound lanes won’t happen until 9am, and all northbound lanes will be open after 3pm, so peak commute traffic won’t be affected.
