A new study just released by the Annie E. Casey Foundation says Nevada is one of the worst states in the nation to raise children, ranking with Arizona, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Mississippi as the lowest in country. According to the study, New Hampshire was ranked as the best state to raise a child. The ranking is based on data collected in 2015, with the lowest ranking states seeing highest poverty, graduation and drop out rates, as well as the state’s approach to children’s health care.
