A wildfire that burned in the rugged mountains outside Yosemite National Park destroying 63 homes and 67 other structures, and sent smoke to northern Nevada has been fully contained. Officials say the Detwiler Fire scorched 81,826 acres, or about 128 square miles. The fire was caused by someone shooting guns on public land, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. California Gov. Jerry Brown declared a state of emergency allowing the state to direct its resources to battle the fire.
