The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help finding a man reported missing.  24-year-old Ryan Perkins girlfriend says she last heard from him by phone October 11th. Perkins is a Marine Corps veteran and may be headed to Texas, where his family lives. He is black 5’8″ and 161 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last reported seen wearing a black sweatshirt and grey sweat pants, but had clothes in his car, a 2012 blue Ford Fusion with Texas license plate DV51882.
