A portion of Greg Street, near Spice Island Drive in Sparks was closed this morning while crews investigated what caused an RV trailer to catch fire just before 1am. A man nearby alerted authorities after seeing the trailer fully engulfed in flames just before 12:45 a.m. The RV was unoccupied.
