The City of Reno is announcing the official opening of Miguel Ribera Skate Park. Reno City Councilmember Oscar Delgado, city officials and project partners will come together for a ribbon-cutting ceremony today at 3 p.m. The $694,000 skate park project has been a couple years in the making, as the City worked to secure funding. The skate park is an all-concrete facility using prefabricated concrete skate elements, which ensures the park meets design standards and comes with a 15-year warranty.
