Saturday night’s Santa Crawl resulted in at least four businesses failing to check identifications of underage volunteers. Reno Police estimate there were about 10,000 people participating in the event. Volunteers aged 18 to 20 visited 51 area businesses as part of the Regional Street Enforcement Team alcohol sting and those volunteers were served alcohol at Wild River Grille on S. Virginia St.; Wild Garlic Pizza on S. Virginia.; Silver Peak Restaurant and Brewery on N. Sierra St.; and Blind Dog Tavern on N. Arlington Ave. Reno police say there were 19 misdemeanor arrests, three felony arrests and one person taken into civil protective custody. There was one felony arrest each for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a stolen gun and carrying a concealed weapon.
