With one of the lethal drugs planned for use at Nevada’s next execution due to expire April 1st, state Attorney General Adam Laxalt, is asking the Supreme Court for an expedited review of the plan. The condemned man, double murderer Scott Raymond Dozier wrote a letter to the judge in the case, saying he wants no more proceedings, and wants to be put to death.
