Reno Woman Injured in Domestic Incident Involving a Vehicle

A woman is being treated for a non-life-threatening head injury after a case of domestic battery, according to Reno Police. About 10:30AM Tuesday, police say a man was driving from a home on Mannington Street, west of Silverada, after a dispute with a woman at the home. Police say he hit her with his car, knocking her to the ground. She was taken to a hospital. The man, whose name hasn’t been released, drove off and was arrested minutes later at the intersection of Oddie and Silverada. Police say he will be charged with battery with a deadly weapon and domestic battery.
