There will be five measures on your upcoming November ballot. The first is “Marsy’s Law” that’s a proposal that would prevent disclosure of information about crime victims, in the interest of safety. Question one would also allow risks to witnesses and victims to be taken into account for bail and release conditions. Question two would allow voters to exempt feminine hygiene products from state taxes. It’s the so-called pink tax bill. Question 3 would give residents more choices on energy providers and prohibit energy monopolies. Question four would eliminate an unpopular medical device tax, and Question five would allow automatic voter registration, when people go to the DMV.
