California cops used spike strips to deflate the tires, and then ram a stolen 2017 Jeep Renegade to stop it Wednesday at South Lake Tahoe 35 year old Ahmed Hanif Raheem, of Rodeo, California, a parolee at large, was booked on $30,000 bail after his arrest at California 89 at Eighth Street in South Lake Tahoe. The incident began when the Truckee Police Department was told about the Jeep that had been stolen in Reno. The Jeep was being tracked by its GPS system.
