A 23-year-old man is in the Washoe County jail, facing six charges of sexual assault against a child. Jonathon Devencenzi is also facing two counts of lewdness with a child under 14. The investigation was conducted jointly between Sparks Police and the Carson City Sheriff’s Office because there were victims in both cities.
