(KOH) – The C Street garage has been sold by the city of Sparks to Silver Wing Development. They plan to add several stories of apartments to the garage in the next two years. Julie Deuwel with the city of Sparks says housing is in real demand, and this will help.

The complex will house more than 200 studio, one, and two bedroom units, and is expected to break ground later this month.
