The Nevada Highway Patrol confirms at least two people have been killed in a crash east of Silver Springs in Lyon County. Two drivers collided head-on, shortly before 3 PM Monday. The crash took place about three miles east of the intersection of 50 and 95 Alternate, known as Four Corners.
