Convicted killer Scott Dozier is now set to be executed by lethal injection at Ely State Prison the week of July 9th. Clark County Jugde Jennifer Togliatti signed the death warrant. The state is apparently prepared to use a three drug cocktail to accomplish the state’s first execution in a dozen years. The ACLU of Nevada says the Governor should stop the execution until it’s determined the drug protocol that will be used is constitutional, but admit they no longer have any legal standing in the case.
