Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt is now expressing a willingness to consider “Red Flag” laws. That’s when friends or family members are so concerned about someone’s mental state, they go to police and ask for the persons guns to be confiscated on a temporary basis, if a judge deems them a threat. Laxalts just released  school safety proposals call for stepping up physical protection of school properties, adding some modern safety features, and encouraging students to report troubled classmates.
