The Reno Police Department has arrested a man as part of a child sexual assault case. July 17th detectives responded to a home in north Reno on a report of a young girl who said she was the victim of a sexual assault. Since then, three victims interviewed at the Children’s Advocacy Center reported being victims as well. Police say while the current ages of the victims vary, they all report they were assaulted when they were between the ages of four and eight in Reno and Sparks. The assaults began with the first victim in 2008 and continued through this year with the most recent victim. Wednesday, police arrested 36-year-old Richard Cloud on 12 counts of Sexual Assault of a Minor and 3 counts of Lewdness with a Minor. Police say the investigation in ongoing and are concerned there may be other, unreported victims.
