A man who was arrested after an eleven year old relative turned up pregnant, has been convicted of four counts of Sexual Assault of a Child Under 14 Years of Age and
two counts of Lewdness with a Child Under 14 Years of Age. The case started in 2016, when the pregnant girl told medical personel she’d been molested by 31 year old Jose Borja Ruiz of Reno since she was eight. He is facing a possible life sentence.
