Police have arrested a 61-year-old man on a charge he started at least one of the eight arson fires started in downtown Reno since Wednesday. The Reno Fire Department arrested Morris Snead on a charge of third degree arson for allegedly setting a trash bin on fire at 490 Lake St. The fires stretched from Arlington Avenue on the west to Spokane Street on the east, on Spokane, East 4th, Lake, and Ralston streets.
