Fatally flawed and can’t be enforced. A Las Vegas judge has echoed the criticism of the voter approved background check initiative, of Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt. Judge Joe Hardy ruled proponents of the measure should have known the law would require the FBI to take on background checks for private sales, and that they weren’t willing to do that, ruling against backers of the initiative.
