One person has been killed in a head-on crash on Interstate 80 between Sparks and Fernley, blocking lanes for several hours. The NHP first reported the crash just before 3 a.m. Sunday near the Patrick exit west of USA Parkway. A wrong-way driver was heading west in the eastbound lane and was involved a head-on crash with a second vehicle. Details on other injuries were not available.
