Reno Police continue to investigate a spike in burglaries at Midtown businesses. Most of these burglaries have taken place late in the evening or in early-morning hours. Police say the burglars have been entering businesses usually by breaking glass doors or windows, and are usually in and out of the businesses within a minute. They are targeting electronics and cash. Police say they don’t know whether these burglaries are connected or multiple burglars working independent of each other.
