A suspect in an ongoing child abuse and domestic violence investigation has turned himself in. 39-year-old Nicholas Lightfoot has since been released and is back home with his family. Law enforcement spent the weekend looking for Lightfoot after a warrant was issued for felony child abuse and misdemeanor domestic battery. Lightfoot’s lawyers say they will fight the charges.
