Sparks Police have released photos of a pair of suspect who committed fraud in an east Sparks business Friday. Police said the couple used a Coin Star machine to turn in loose change. Police believe they altered the receipt to show they were due a larger amount than they cashed in when they presented it to the cashier for payment. The incident happened in the D’Andrea Marketplace on Vista Boulevard south of North D’Andrea Parkway.
